Bill is fairly new to the real estate market, but he was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and if there was something he didn’t know or was not familiar with he got help from other I20 team members. Bill Childress listened to what my wife and I wanted. He was willing to take us to all of the houses we thought we might be interested in. When he saw us struggling in our decision, he helped guide us in a direction he thought we might be interested in. Since he listened to our requirements, he knew exactly where to take us. The only reason we didn't make an offer on the first house he showed us was it didn't have enough yard for me. We jumped on the second one and never looked back. Buying a house is a difficult process. Bill could tell when we were struggling and played the role of counselor to take the edge off. When we just needed to see the house we made an offer on, he was always willing to take the time to let us see it one more time. I am very grateful we found Bill as an agent, and would highly recommend him to my friends.
